Resta was amazing , this was the 7th time for me in Sharm and that was the 1st time for me dealing with this hotel I am a tourguide I travel a lot ,the hotel was so relaxing people were very nice to a point that made me forget about a lot of things the Staff was VERY Kindly and professional , one of the staff on breakfast at the 3rd day of my stay remembered to bring me a cup of water with ice without asking me and used to get everyday it was amazing that he rememered with all the guests he did the same I give the hotel additional star for this guy only
we had some problems with aircontioning and it wasnt solved but they offered a room swap but i didnt agree but i am not mad because they did their best to solve my issue
